Do you take insurance?

At this time, I am private-pay only for speech language pathology services. 

 

With regards to lactation services, I do accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna PPO, and Amena for lactation services ONLY through The Lactation Network (TLN). If you are insured by one of the aforementioned companies, please visit my TLN homepage to get pre-approval for lactation services: https://go.lactationnetwork.com/DandelionFeeding&SpeechTherapyPLLC.

If you are not insured by these companies, I accept private payments.

It is important to note that a superbill is available upon request and may help you secure reimbursement from your insurance provider for out-of-network costs (depending on your plan). Provision of a superbill does NOT guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Prior to starting services, it is the parent's responsibility to contact their insurance provider to secure any necessary pre-authorizations.

Payment for evaluation and treatment sessions are due at the beginning of each session.

Do you make home visits?

Yes. I will provide lactation AND speech language pathology services in your home. Please select the "In Home" option when you are booking your appointment.
