Dandelion Feeding & Speech Therapy

The dandelion is a symbol of growth, hope, healing, playfulness, and resilience. Quite often, these are the qualities families must draw upon during the early stages of their child's life if they are experiencing breastfeeding/chestfeeding, bottle feeding, oral feeding, speech, and/or language issues.

It is the goal of Dandelion Feeding & Speech Therapy to support families through the challenges that many infants, toddlers, and young children face in their development. My calling is to help ALL families through facilitating healing, connecting, bonding, and growing with their child.

As a lactation consultant, I aim to help the nursing parent, their partner/support system, and baby (or babies) through their breastfeeding/chestfeeding journey. Whether this is your 1st child or 10th, I can help. Whether it's an issue with supply management, pumping, latching, or post-frenotomy care, I can provide a well-rounded perspective in the evaluation and treatment of your issues.

As a speech language pathologist, I am equipped to assess the "whole child" in order to evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for toddlers and children who demonstrate delays or disorders in oral feeding, speech, and/or language development. I believe that 1) families are deserving of no-stress mealtimes, 2) children deserve the opportunity to eat for nourishment AND enjoyment, and 3) all children deserve to understand others and to be understood.
